Founder
Tim Wikstrom is the founder of Thread Communications.
Philosophy: Fundamentally, we are all human beings with the same need to communicate and interact with others. By understanding how we are connected and the way we communicate, we customize each person’s experience through feedback and coaching based on their level of self-awareness and opportunity to improve.
Goal: To leave you better than we found you!
Background: Tim is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and moderator, delivering highly interactive, content-focused discussions throughout professional services, healthcare and technology industries. With over 20 years’ experience in the learning and development space, he has trained through all levels of the organization, from CEOs and startups to front-line employees. Tim has worked to improve presentation and communication skills, personal branding, situational leadership, and critical thinking skills to help each individual reach their maximum potential.
Tim is certified in HBDI (Herman Brain Dominance Indicator) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Kansas.
Fun fact, Tim watches the same movies hundreds (maybe 1000’s) of times.
